Almost nobody selling software to roofing companies will tell you what it costs without putting you through a sales call first. Some of them will not tell you until after a demo and a follow-up. You already know this, because you have been through it.

So here it is. A build, and then a monthly fee that covers hosting, support, and the changes you will want once you have lived in the thing for a season.

If what you need is a rebuild rather than a fit — a system that has to work in a way the standard roofing build does not — that gets quoted separately, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you have signed something.

Nobody knows exactly how they want a system to work until they have used the first version through a busy month. So the changes you want afterwards are not a variation order and they are not a support ticket you wait behind other people for. They are what the monthly fee is for.

If a feature you need becomes a separate line on the invoice, you will stop asking for it. That is how a system quietly stops fitting the company.

Your data is yours. Customers, jobs, claims, photos, invoices. Not while you are a customer — always. Ask for the lot in a format you can use at any point, including the day you decide to leave, and it costs nothing.

The price on this page is the price. You are not going to sit through a call to find out what it costs, and the figure will not move because of who is asking. The call is about scope — which tier you are in and what the build actually has to cover.

It runs on your own domain. Which matters more than it sounds like it does. It is your company's software in front of your customers, not a tab with somebody else's name at the top of it.
